Women of Worship

Leaders: Amy Popichak and Joyce Hall

Women of Worship was organized in 2013 to  give women a chance to do good works for the community and also help in missions around the world. They have given to support to Casa Julie,  In Progresso Mexico, a small school in memory of one of the members here at CCC who passed away.  We help support a young missionary who works with the poorest families in Greece. We did Stockings for our Troops, and for the last 5 years, we have filled Christmas shoeboxes for Samaritans Christmas Child, that are shipped to the very  poor countries around our world. We helped with many missions in our own community, with food baskets at the holidays, Salvation Army, Hannah's House, Beatitude, The Safe House, Family Mission, and many more.

We have breakfast together once a month to plan projects, enjoy conversations and have breakfast.

The fun things we do together is work on the Rummage Sale, the Holiday Craft Fair, the Holiday Cookie Exchange, Candy Making  and for many years had a huge  Holiday Cookie Sale in December. Always looking for new ways to support our missions and to get to know each other better.  Our latest endeavor was learning how to make a quilt from start to finish.

We are very active and continue to find new projects.  We organize all our Christian events. We are as One.
